Philippine Fashion Week

Last week Friday was my first time to watch Philippine Fashion Week!

I always wondered what it was like to experience the runway live. 

Luckily, I was able to watch this year's Spring Summer 2014 

collection at SMX Convention Center in Mall of Asia, Pasay City.

The designers featured in last Friday’s 8:30 pm show were

 Eric Delos Santos, Albert Andrada, Jerome Salaya Ang,

Junjun Cambe, Norman Norieg and Raoul Ramirez.

In my opinion, it was Marina Benipayo who stole the whole show since she owned the

 runway! Each time she walked down the runway, everyone was captivated by her 

gracefulness and elegance. She was the main model for Eric Delos

 Santos as she opened and closed his collection.

Among all the designers, I loved Raoul Ramirez’ collection the most as

 his last gown was GORGEOUS! I am sure every girl would feel like a 

princess in that dress! It was also perfect to place that dress in the 

finale because it definitely outshined all the gowns of the whole show.

Pasteleria La Terrazza Café

Ciao a tutti! Lunch at one of my favorite restaurants and mall!

Ever since Robinsons Magnolia opened late last year, I have been a frequent visitor. 

The frequency increased further when Pasteleria La Terrazza Café took a spot

at the 3/F of the mall, Al fresco area. Pasteleria La Terraza Café by 

La Nouva is a branch of the Italian restaurant La

Nouva Pasteleria at San Antonio Plaza, 

McKinley Rd., Forbes Park.

La Nouva has been one of my favorite Italian restaurants ever

since it was recommended to me! However, since La Nouva is 

quite far from my house, I rarely visit it which is why when I found

 out La Terrazza Café opened in a mall nearby, I was really thrilled 

since I can just visit one of my favorite restaurants any time!

When friends who rarely go to Robinsons Magnolia visit with me, I usually

recommend La Terrazza Café, especially to those who love Italian since their

pasta and pizza there are delicious and highly recommended. Having said 
that, I brought my friend K.N. there recently in order for her to try it. 

My favorite dishes of La Terrazza Café are

for appetizer: 

Spinacci Trifolate

(Spinach with truffle cream in porcini mushroom sauce)

for main course:

Linguine Salmon E Caviale

(Linguine with Smoked Salmon, Caviar in Cream Sauce) 

&

Profumo Di Tartufo

(Truffle cream sauce pasta with mushrooms and parma ham)

Zuppa Cipole 

(French Onion Soup Italian Style)

Girl Next Door

HELLO!

Last Sunday was a special day for my close friend M.S.
 who graduated as Magna Cum Laude with the course, BS
 Psychology, in De La Salle University. Her mom made her 
a surprise graduation lunch with all her close friends and
 family, which was held at Torch Restaurant, Greenhills!

Just like M.S., my outfit for the party was SWEET and SIMPLE.

Today it’s all about FOOD!

 Get ready for mouth watering and delicious courses!

If are you looking for a unique dining experience then why 

not try the 100 Revolving Restaurants by Chef Jessie! It is located

 at the 33rd floor of the MDC building, C-5 cor Eastwood Dr Bagumbayan,

 Quezon City. What’s interesting about this restaurant is that you get 

the see the 360- angle city view even if you are just sitting 

since the restaurant itself is rotating.

We dined there for my graduation dinner along with some 

friends and family.

Everything was simply amazing! We even got to meet Chef Jessie herself!

 Too bad we weren’t able to take pictures with her. Well, maybe next time.
